Why IPG?

The IPG difference:

What makes IPG different than most other coaching organizations that coach financial advisors is we are willing to be compensated largely for producing actual results for clients. Our Platinum Partner Relationship is the only coaching relationship we are aware of that the coach has an actual vested interest in the client's success. Our compensation is closely tied to the actual results we produce. We do offer a guarantee for our Platinum Partner Relationship.

Our Evaluation Process:

When an advisors is interested in retaining us as their coach we first have them complete a through on-line evaluation form. We then schedule them for a 30 minute introduction call. If that calls goes well we will have them complete several online personality and behavioral assessments. Approximately one week later we will have a second evaluation call to go over the assessments and discuss our next course of action. This evaluation process usually takes 3 weeks to complete. Approximately 50% of advisors that start the evaluation process are accepted into our Platinum Partner Coaching Relationship. The rest are not accepted because of various reasons: Not a good personality fit, not coachable, not committed to making changes, or unrealistic expectations.

Coaching Results:

Advisors who are accepted into the Platinum Partner Coaching Program are expected to increase their business results by a minimum of 20%. We regularly see 35% to 50%.
