Practice Evaluation

The first step to determine if Coach Joe Lukacs can improve your situation is to spend some time “digging in” and thoroughly reviewing your current situation, goals, strategies, etc. This would be done during your practice evaluation. All you need to do is complete the form below. Once we receive your form we will contact you to schedule your first evaluation call.

The Evaluation Process

After you complete your evaluation form, you will be scheduled for a 30 minute first evaluation call with Coach Joe Lukacs. This call will cover the information that you entered in the form below.

The second call will take place one week later when you have completed the behavioral assessment and some of the tasks that were discussed during your first evaluation call.

One week later your third and final evaluation call will outline the road-map and game plan to take you form where you are to where you deserve to be. As you can see this is not a one-call sales process, but actually partnering with Coach Joe Lukacs to jointly determine if a coaching relationship will be a win-win.
