How the Platinum Partner Coaching Relationship Works:
After you complete the evaluation and application process, we jointly determine your production benchmark and the measurement period; either monthly or quarterly. The success bonus is calculated as follows:

If you want to work exclusively with Coach Joe Lukacs a $7,500 initial retainer is required. If you want to work with a Senior IPG Coach a $2,500 initial retainer is required. All success bonuses are applied against the retainer. At the end of the 24 month period if your production has not increased sufficiently to draw down your retainer, the difference will be refunded to you!
